Confit Lamb leg by la fonda 1 confit garlic sauce by la fonda 1 par-cooked baby potatoes 250g Brussels sprouts 250g mushrooms 250g Asparagus 200g Cheese sauce by la fonda 1

Steps To Follow

1 Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Place half of the garlic sauce at the bottom of a large baking dish.
2 Add the confit Lamb: Place the confit lamb leg in the dish, ensuring it stays in place.
3 Add the Vegetables: Arrange the par-cooked baby potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and button mushrooms around the lamb. Pour the remaining garlic sauce over the vegetables.
4 Season: Season the Brussels sprouts and mushrooms, making sure they are well-coated.
5 Bake: Cover the dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 1 hour.
6 Prepare the Asparagus: Meanwhile, poach the asparagus and add a touch of cheese sauce by la Fonda for flavor.
7 Finish Cooking: After 1 hour, check that the lamb is tender and hot enough to easily pull apart. If desired, place the asparagus under the oven broiler for 3 to 4 minutes to brown.
8 Serve: Serve the slow-cooked lamb leg with the golden vegetables, asparagus, and cheese sauce on the side.
